May I Return My Order?

We hope you love what you ordered! Although we have very low return rates and we are so proud of our high-quality hair extensions, we understand that there may be a case that you're not 100% satisfied, we do support a 30 days return policy. We are more than happy to accommodate returns to hair extensions that have not been worn or tampered with. Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

 

How To Return & Refund

1. Submit a return request by email: support@lovriohair.com to the Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and pictures for verification.

2. Once we have approved your request, we will send you the return instructions. Please return the goods to the specified address within 15 days of receiving the return information, and send us the tracking number you returned.

3. Lovrio Hair will issue a full refund after we confirm the item's condition. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).

* Please note that the return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer.

* Please note that CLEARANCE hair cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Please note that returns to China will take a long time and we cannot guarantee the return timeframe, so please be patient.

* Please note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

* PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS!! We will not be responsible for any high customs duties, customs seizures or losses!!

 

May I Exchange My Order?

We understand picking the right color and hair texture might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.

 

How to Exchange?

1. You can contact us by email: support@lovriohair.com within 30 days after you receive the item.

2. After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.

3. We will not charge the restocking fee, but you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, which is $20 or $30(it depends on the shipping method you chose).

4. If you want to exchange a different item, please let us know, because of the price difference. Please note that No Coupon Codes can be used on price differences.

5. We will send you the new hair extensions after we receive and confirm that the returned extensions have not been opened, altered and undamaged.

 

Refund for Canceled Order

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.

If you request to cancel your order after we have shipped it, we may not able to intercept the package after shipment. Please do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore. We can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service. In this case, please refer to our return refund policy, you may need to return the package at first.

Notice:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
